What it actually does
Not another generic fitness app. Here is what Cortex Athletics handles for you.
AI Training Plans
Get a 21-day plan generated by AI that considers your sports, schedule, injuries, and experience level. Not a template -- built for you.
Gym + Running
Train for two sports without one messing up the other. The AI balances gym days and running days so you actually recover.
Injury-Aware
Log your injuries and the AI works around them. Bad knee? It skips leg press and finds alternatives that keep you moving.
Your Schedule, Your Rules
Set time limits per day, cap your sessions, or restrict which sports go on which days. The plan follows your life, not the other way around.
Workout Logging
Log every set, rep, and weight for gym. Track pace, distance, and intervals for running. Your data feeds smarter future plans.
Exercise Library
200+ exercises with muscle group targeting. Add your own, mark favorites, or exclude the ones you never want to see again.
Progressive Overload
The AI checks your logged weights and paces. Next plan? Slightly harder. That is how you actually get stronger and faster.
Custom Splits
Set up push/pull/legs, upper/lower, or whatever split works for you. Assign muscle groups to days and the AI follows your structure.
From sign-up to first plan in about 5 minutes
Set Up Your Profile
Pick your sports, set your experience level, add your equipment, and log any current injuries.
Configure Your Week
Open the calendar and set how much time you have each day, how many sessions, and which sports are allowed when.
Generate Your Plan
Hit generate. The AI builds 21 days of training -- gym sessions with exercises and sets, running with pace targets and intervals.
Train and Log
Follow the plan. Log what you actually did. The next plan learns from your performance and gets smarter.
Gym Training Done Right
The AI picks exercises from your library, respects your split, and recommends weights based on what you lifted last time. Every session comes with sets, reps, rest periods, and coaching notes.

Ready to stop guessing?
Sign up, set up your profile, and get your first AI-generated training plan. The whole thing takes about 5 minutes.
Right now: gym/weight training and running. The system is built to add more sports (cycling, swimming, etc.) and we plan to expand over time.
We use large language models with structured output. The AI receives your profile, schedule, injuries, exercise library, and workout history, then generates a 21-day plan. It follows real training principles like progressive overload, recovery management, and periodization.
Your training data stays on our servers and is not shared with third parties. The AI processes your profile to generate plans but does not store conversations or learn from your data beyond your account.
Yes. There is a library of 200+ global exercises, and you can add your own custom ones. You can also mark favorites and exclude exercises you do not want the AI to use.
Add your injury with a description and date range. The AI will avoid exercises that stress the injured area and suggest alternatives. Once you heal, remove the injury and the AI returns to normal programming.
Currently yes, during the beta period. We will figure out pricing later, but the goal is to keep it accessible.
